Who we are
Ann-Sofie Gustafsson
With her valued and experienced appearance as a lecturer and trainer in leadership and employee development, Ann-Sofie has successfully guided individuals both in the private and public sector for over 30 years. She has an ability to meet her participants where they are at and find the way forward that best suits their conditions, and contributes to the greatest results for the organization.
Peter Forsman
Peter's main drive is to make a difference - he affects in a way few can, helping to create new direction for people and organizations.
As a valued leader and employee developer within Swedish companies, regions and municipalities, he creates space for reflection, self-awareness and professional development.
Josefine Gustafsson
Josefine has worked as a valued manager and leader for many years and gathered knowledge in team, employee and leadership development, which are also areas she is passionate about. She has extensive digital experience, especially within project management, where she was appreciated for her clear communication with both customers and employees.
